Emma Winkler Prins is the founder of House of Prins. She studied architecture at TU Delft and worked professionally as an architect, where she learned to think in structure, systems, and long‑term integrity. That architectural mindset still defines her approach today: brands, like buildings, only scale when their foundations are sound. After architecture, Emma moved into the creative field, founding a painting studio and later a design studio focused on 3D printing. The studio grew rapidly within a year — not because the designs were extraordinary, but because the marketing was intentional. That realization marked a turning point. Over the past five years, Emma has devoted herself daily on branding strategy, content systems, social media, digital marketing, and web design. Her work is defined by clarity, visual restraint, and a strong preference for monochromatic systems that hold their shape as brands grow. Emma’s expertise sits at the intersection of creative intuition and strategic discipline. She focuses on building brand systems that attract rather than persuade, creating recognition, trust, and demand without forcing attention. House of Prins was founded to bring these disciplines together. Strengthened by a growing team, the House exists to help creative businesses build like a brand — with structure, consistency, and integrity.

Moritz is an expert operator and strategist with a rare foundation in people-first systems. Before ads, funnels, or online business, he spent over 10 years in international 5-star hospitality, working his way up to hotel manager—leading teams, solving problems under pressure, and delivering exceptional experiences in high-stakes environments. After leaving hospitality, his first two businesses failed, forcing him to stop guessing and master the fundamentals: paid ads, funnels, email systems, offers, conversion psychology, tracking, and optimization. That discipline paid off with his third business, where he scaled an eCommerce brand to €1.8M in 18 months—not through luck, but structure. Today, Moritz applies the same proven systems to build high-converting client acquisition machines for service-based businesses. His edge lies in the combination of real-world leadership, validated entrepreneurial success, and deep technical expertise—building systems that are strategic, data-driven, and built to perform under real pressure.

Charlotte Dick

Graphic Design - Visual Communication.

Black and white is color enough — Charlotte comes from an art history background, where she focused on the black paintings of abstract expressionism in her bachelor thesis. This appreciation for an achromatic aesthetic continues in her current studies of visual communication at Bauhaus University Weimar. Alongside her studies, she has worked with different companies shooting and producing content and is active on her own social media.
